Discount Packages Sessions /Courses
must be Prepaid in full prior to the
starting date of Your 1st Class

Scheduling and Requirements for – Package Programs Courses/ Sessions
> All Discount Program Packages are based solely on consecutive Sessions/Classes
> With a minimum requirement of #1- session per week
> to commence on the agreed scheduled starting date
> All Classes/ Sessions must be pre – Scheduled and Booked in advance
for the duration of Your Course /Program /Discount Packages
(for example – Wednesdays from 2pm-4pm for *8-weeks)
No Refunds
> All Pre-paid Programs /Sessions are non-refundable
Attendance
Please allow for Travel time and arrive 5 – minutes early for your scheduled class/Session time
> Your Class /Session has been pre-booked and will start and end on time
(For example, If you are booked for a 90- minute session at 2 pm your class/ Session will end at 3:30 pm)
> All Cancelled /Missed or Late Attendance
will be counted as A Full Class/Session and will be deducted
from Your total package without exception
> All Classes / Sessions may not be rescheduled
once your initial schedule is set at the time of Registration *
All canceled/missed sessions or
late attendance is non-refundable without exception
